Traveling to Asia and concerned about keeping gains - please help

Hi everyone,
I will be traveling to China next month and will be there for 2 weeks. This is not my first time going there, so I can safely say that finding a gym to workout at will be next to impossible, in fact trying to keep up my high protein diet will be a challenge too!

I am 45 years old and am on TRT, 250 mg/week. I do NOT want to take any injectables over there with me.

My concern is that I will lose much of my hard earned gains in that 2 week period, and I want some advice as to what I can do to mitigate that.

Oh, btw my girl is over there now and she has made it perfectly clear that she intends to bang the hell out of me when I get there! So sexual performance is another concern being that I won't have my test cyp with me.

I can safely take pills and capsules in my carry on luggage, and I should have no problem packing whey protein powder in my checked luggage. If anyone has any advice on what prescription meds (legal, I have scripts for all) and supps I should bring, I would greatly appreciate your input.

I'm in a similar boat. Been traveling a hell of a lot for the past year.
IMO, The Staples of all exersizes come to mind first. And lots of them.

Push-ups - Every type= Wide , diamonds, incline, decline, military, one arm, spidermans....ect. (Since your girls there shes your extra weight BTW)
Pull-ups- Wide, Corncob, close grip over and underhand, Neutral grip, and static(in any position)
Crunches leg lifts.
Squats-Wall squats-single and double leg (while holding something over your head) Minimum 30 seconds Down.

And you already know--- EAT... I've been to Hong Kong and MAN there is some good food there. And most of it is 10x healthier than the Shit we have here.

Sry, cant help you on the Wang meds.
 
test cyp half life is 14 days. so you will be fine.

you don't need a gym to workout. legs you can do squats with a chair or anything heavy (heck use your gf), or just carry heavy stuff around and use your lower body.

upper body you can do pushups on the floor... find a flat pole or tree and do pullups. be creative.

My gf said she has scoped out the best seafood restaurants for me so I should be able to get some good quality protein while I am there too. Hell I may even come back stronger than before I left with the change up in my routine and the healthy cuisine :)

I will be bringing some Cialis with me though, it couldn't hurt ;)

Where in China will you be going? I have been living in Shanghai for about a year and a half now, and have no problem finding a gym...I also find a high protein diet is very easy to do here, and cheap too! 水煮牛肉,水煮鱼,烤肉。。。都可以!
Cialis you can buy otc in pharmacies here. (希爱力).
Testosterone unfortunately isn't available otc, but I think a double dose right before you come would work just fine.
