TRauck's Journey to Greatness

I have decided to make me a log mostly do to the fact that I always forget to write down my workouts or just lose them and I would like to look back a year from now and see what I've done.
For anyone who wants to read it I really don't have a routine, but I try to do a bit of cardio and workout 4 times a week and break records 2 times a week.

Stats:
BW - 193
Height - 5'7"
BF% - not sure I'll put up pics soon
Bench - 255x5
Squat - 335x1
Deads - not sure because of grip

Monday:
Squat: 295x6, 315x4, 335x1, 345x.7, 225x10(speed & ass to grass)
Hack Squat Machine:360x12, 410x10, ?(don't remember)
Seated Calf raise: 135x12, 135x15, 135x16
Decline Crunches: 45x17, 45x15

When I hit the hack squats I started getting really bad head pains. The fact that I was working out with a training partner and had the head pains is why I didn't do anything else.

Wednesday:
Bench 255x4, 265x2, 265x2
Curls 50x6, 50x5
Military Press 155x7, 175x4
Tricep Pull Downs 100x15 110x15
Reverse Cable Curls 70x16, 80x14, 110x8
hammer strength chest press 190x23, 280x15, 280x15

On pr compound movements I take about 5 min rest and on the rest I take about 1 to 3 min. As far as diet goes I try to get about 3000 calories a day and as clean as possible, but I don't always eat that much. My diet is set up 60/20/20 with the 60 being protein. Sometimes however I do eat more carbs depending on how I'm feeling.

How tall are you? What do you mean about the grip on your deads? It's always fun to look back a year later and check your progress, and I love looking at my old pictures. We've all come so far but still have so far to go!

I now put my height at the beginning which is 5'7". On deads my grip just goes out when I get enough weight on the bar and I don't have any good wraps. I assume my max is somewhere around 350 if not more because it has always been much higher than my squats up until I stopped doing electrical work.

Friday:
Speed Squat 185x8x2
Power Cleans 185x1, 205x1, 205x1, 205x1
Hip Abduction machine(in) 150x20, 190x15
Hip Abduction machine(out) 100x15, 110x15
Speed Box Squats 155x2x5 185x5
Calf Raises 265x7 <----- top 5 sec bottom 12 sec

Cool man it helps having people help you along with your progress or lack there of. I will post the pics up hopefully by Monday I just need to get a hold of a camera.

Monday:
Bench 255x5 265x3 265x 2
Cable Curls 110x12 130x8 130x7
Cable Forearm Holds 180x25, 200x25, 200x25
Pull Downs 200x10 220x8

This whole last week has been weird my head keeps hurting and I constantly feel like I'm in a daze. The weirdest part is when I stepped on the scale Monday and it said 173 and I can't explain that even though I haven't been eating nearly enough the past few days or even before that, but regardless the weights are still going up. I have felt like someone has been putting cocaine in my water because mentally I am so energetic it's crazy.

Worst workout ever!
Squat 225x9 295x6
Easily could have gotten a couple more reps on the squats, but my headache or whatever it is kicked in. It was pretty painful and not the same as the light headed feeling you get before passing out. Then Apollo Creed or someone who looked like him came up to me and said my squat form was wrong and I should be wearing a belt. He said I bent my back and I was going to argue that I do it intentionally, but didn't. The guy also put on his belt and knee wraps before doing 360 lbs on the leg press which is pretty lite if you ask me. As far as the bending of the back it is completely straight(I have had someone watch me to make sure) and no swaying and I do it to work my back more since deads are kinda a problem at this time. Correct me if this isn't a good idea, but I can definitely do it fine without the bending since my back is way stronger than my legs are. Basically this and the fact that the back of my head was killing me caused me to leave so I figure ill go back when I wake up and see if I can start out lighter and hopefully stop it from happening.

Looks like my journal is going to take a hopefully quick halt because unloading 45s started killing my head again. I'm going to start stretching the neck more and incorporating a neck routine to hopefully help, but at this time I can not do much.
