transdermal creams/patches are usually formulated with some sort of carrier molecule, which are there to somehow facilitate absorbtion across the skin - they might work by attaching to the drug and dragging it across (then disassociating due to some metabolic reaction) or by altering skin permeability etc etc
without looking into it, the general answer is dont try it. but maybe.
BUT bear in mind such a delivery method is usually uncomfortable, stinks, and has a couple of disadvantages pharmacotherapeutically.
unless you want such a thing on you 24/7, i wouldnt think along those lines.
