So ive always just bulked when on cycle. This cycle I am recomping (eating probably around 200 under maintenance and actually gaining weight while loosing fat.
My question is what do it do when it comes time for PCT? I always up calories during pct and am usaully on a straight bulk but what should i do with this cycle since im on about -200 calory deficit? How much should i raise it? Also gonna be running clen start 2nd or 3rd week of pct
