Hey everyone,

Hope everyone is having a good one today.

I wanted to start a post regarding transformations as I have been getting many PM's lately about dieting and cardio/training.
I figured we could submit our best diet and cardio/workout routine to give some of the people on this board an idea as to where to start.
I will make sure to give Karma to the best ones.

To get shredded, what does your diet look like?

What does Cardio routine look like?

What does Training look like?

400grams of protein,100grams carbs and 60grams fat.No cardio[knee surgey again] But workouts are fast,intense with a lot of reps.Workout 5days a week.
