Training without weights. Ideas?

Isometric excercises may help... isometric exercises are those in which a force is applied to a resistant object. pushing against a wall for example..pulling on the bars etc...there is no actual movement yet there is tension build-up in the muscle
 
here is one i did while i was in, grab a towel or sturdy shirt with both hands, arms out straight away from the body. try to pull it apart for as long as you can, like 2 or 3 minutes, rest and repeat 3 or 4 times. build up the time as you go. it sounds stupid but that shit will work your pecs, shoulders, forearms, tricepts, and bicepts.
