Hey guys, I just finished exams and I've been doing well with working out on my new routine for the last little bit.
BUT I got the call today, I leave Tuesday May 10th for 4 months to Police an aboriginal community in Northern Quebec.

I will likely not have access to a gym, or any sort of exercise equipment (not even home gym or free weights).

I'll likely focus on running (to get rid of my small gut), and abs.
WHAT CAN I DO TO WORKOUT MY UPPER BODY?
I can try to workout with whatever i have avaliable (logs, or cans, ect), and I can do pushups (but they're bad for the wrists).

What exercises or moves can you guys suggest?

try doing pushups on your knuckles, or bridge pushups. legs maybe some lunges or the air chair (sit against the wall). Just try doing Isometrics. Try going into a handstand and then do vertical pushups. Or maybe watch Rocky 4 when he's in the cabin in Russia!!! lol. Pilates?

Try getting some bands and using those. If you can get bands and a physioball you can do a lot of core workouts. Maybe try some strongman type training - you really just need heavy objects (stones, garbage cans, kegs, wood - whatever).

Yeah but Dolph was awesome as Drago. He played the part well. I love the soundtrack to that movie, too. It was really motivational.

Think he juiced for that movie? Drago was pretty damn big. Looked it, anyway.

Drago looked awesome. So did Rocky! And to think that Bill Phillips trained Sly! And sly did it all with out juice. I think he must've been using the prototypes for his "in-stone" line of supplements.

Put a couple of loops of string over a beam for pullups and chinup.
A broom strewn between two chairs for reverse rows. You lie under the broomstick and pull yourself up to the bar.
A firm favourite: one-legged squats.
Upright rowing with a heavy chair. You could strap something (or someone) into the chair.
Hamstring curls on a chair. Put your feet on the chair while you are laid on the ground and curl by lifting your glutes off the ground.
Pushups, of course.
Lots of core work, crunches, situps, planks etc. Get a copy of "Core Performance" by Mark Verstegen.
There's always enough weight around for lateral raises and something to replace DB overhead pressing. Anything in bags will do the trick.
Weighted torso circles.
Farmers walk with hay bales or anything similar. Bellhop shuffle with suitcases.

I'm struggling to think of anything to replace goodmornings or decent deadlifts.

theres are good, but u can also load a backpack with rocks- have a designated weight backpack and add a new rock each day to however many bodyweight stuff u wanna do (pushups, pullups, jumps)
