Training while sore

Thx Brian and others :)

I'll eat a banana, take some aspirin and some glutamine (will this help?). I'll go looking around just before I go for something which reduces soreness. BTW, when should I take the banana, the aspirin, etc?

I guess I see how I feel tmw, if the warm-ups are difficult I'll just say fuck it. If I feel good I'll stick with it. I never miss a workout. Not even squatting on a sprained ankle (I know, I can be pretty stupid).

Brian, I usually ski 5-6 times a year, but it's only the second time this year, so I gather I'll be pretty sore.

Maybe some warm showers will help also.

Anyway, I'll let you guys know....thx again for all the advice, it was damn useful.
