Haven't been posting much but still training and thought I'd check in - been doing a mix of a modified 5 x 5, WSB for skinny bastards and modified HST.
I've been practicing cleans and think I'm getting better but I still need to be a lot faster and my form is inconsistent - I still have to think a lot and sometimes I do a powerclean when I want to do a full clean
But, I did get up to 80kg which is a big accomplishment for me - my goal for now is 100kg.

A few weeks back I deadlifted 210 x 3, so that's kind of a PR

Bench is down and so is my squat a little bit, each about 10kg off my best. OTOH I was able to do a full pause squat on my 3rd set, 5th rep at 130kg, so maybe my form is improving.
In any case, hope everyone else's training is going well. I have some nagging aches and pains but nothing I can't train around.
