Training two days a week?

My time is limited, and i wonder if its possible to get a decent mass building routine for training twice a week?

I think training only twice per week may help me, as I usually get very sore and take days to recover.

Can someone suggest a routine for me, perhaps a total body workout twice per week?

Here's what I'd do if I could only workout 2 days a week. Note day 1 and 2 should be 3-4 days apart (Sunday, thursday etc...)

-Day 1-
Squats x 5
Wide grip pull-ups or pull-downs x 4
Flat/incline Bench press x4
Dips x 3
Upright rows x 3

-Day 2-
Deadlifts x 5
Millitary press x 4
Barbell curls x 3
Skull-crushers x 3
Pushups x 3 (sets of 30-40)

Now if you really want to meet your goals hitting the gym only twice a week your training intensity has to be very high and your form almost perfect. Lift moderately heavy weights with your reps being around 8-10. Your last couple sets of deadlifts should be heavy with reps going to 5-6, pick a weight where you couldn’t do 10 times if your life depended on it.

Good luck,
Ingram

Can i have some more opinions on this please?

Thanks for the reply Ingram, I was thinking of squatting twice a week though? Would this be bettwer or worse for gaining mass?

Squating twice a week is possible. Tough to say if it would be better or worse, everyone is different so you'd have to give it a try yourself. Throwing in an extra day training would really help you out.
