Training splits

Ok, heres the problem, because of School/work, The days i want to lift weights would be on

Tuesday - Upper body

Thurs - Lower body

Friday - Upper body.

See, The Thurs/Fri is what i'm worried about, Since I would be lifting weights back to back on those days. Do you think this would cause problems even tho I'd be working different muscles on those two days?

That split should still be fine as long as you don't work the same muscle groups on back to back days. Most lifters actually lift 4-5 days in a row, making sure to give each muscle group at least 48-72 hours before working it agin. So good luck with your training.

No not at all... You should be fine because your using two totally different muscle groups on Thursday and Friday. They don't effect each other at all:D

Arnold broke his routine up into push/pull days. Chest/shoulders/triceps were on one day. Back/biceps the next day. Then legs. That is pretty much the same three day split you are looking for.
