TRaining routine just critique

Hi, I'm 5'6" female, I workout almost 4 years, I would like know your opinion about my new training routine, Now I do t 4days split, but it's boring for me..so now I have found new routine..I need know if is it enough for building muscle.

so here it is

1.
MOnday
Bench press
Incline press
Militarry press
Side-raise
Triceps extens.
Kickback

Tuesday
Spinning

Wensday
Squat
Lunges Stiff-legged Dead-lifts
Leg curls
Calf raise

Thursday
spinning or moderate cardio

Friday
Pull-down
Seated row
Bent-over Raise
Shrugs
Barbell curls
DB curls

Sat
OFF
Sun

Building muscle isn't as complicated as people think. Drop all the isolation exercises, and focus on some compound movements. You're not really going to get anywhere with tricep kickbacks. There's also no need for both barbell and dumbbell curls. Don't use pulldowns or seated rows. Get your ass off machines and do pullups and bentover rows, getting as close to a 90 degree angle as you can.

Also, I wouldn't do two bench presses and a military press in one day. You'll be severely drained for the one which comes last. Drop the side lateral raises, too. Too much 'fluffy' garbage in there.

Your Wednesday workout looks fine though I wouldn't bother with lunges, but if you insist on those, then it's fine.
