training question

you really have to experiment for what works for you. this might work for one person but the next works better every 4-5 days. usually people work a muscle group once a week. you figure though you do get some work on smaller groups when you work the larger ones. such as when you work back it hits bis or chest with tris and so on.
 
i just feel bad about missing a day of training... I will make it up tomorrow... I am just making sure i am not gonna compromise my gains...

Im 8 weeks into my 4th cycle... Up 22lbs plus or minus


I just dont wanna fuck my gains up
I guess 1 missed training day made up tomorrow wont hurt too much right??

If you keep your diet it won't hurt...

That's excellent! I'm surprised that your gains are that good on a 4th cycle....it slows down for most guys.
