I usually have sat. workouts at my house it's usually me, Dan C., Mike F., and John from New York. This sat. we decided to go to Mike's house because Dan wanted to do some oylimpic lifting and Mike has a platform and bumperplates but all I wanted to do was flip his tire. My tire is only just under 600lbs. and I tied 25lbs. bags all around it and it is bald also which I THINK is easier and I can get 10 flips in 1 min. thats too easy because the contest tire is 700lbs. with great tread and I only got 4 flips in the 90 sec. time. Mike's tire is 750lbs.with good tread and it felt like it because I struggled on every flip and I couldn't even get more than 3 flips in a row so I did sets of three outside while they were weight lifting inside I didn't count the number of sets but I was drenched in sweat it started to thunderstorm so I went inside. Mike & Dan were just about finished so we all did some grip training we started with plate pinching I pinched 4 10's left and right I failed 5 10's so I lifted them with 2 hands and held them with 1 hand for 1-2sec. Then we bent some bolts Dan bent 3 1/4twenty bolts 6" long I did some plate curls with the 25lbs. plate for 5reps each hand I think thats it I rested sun. and my biceps and forearms were still sore Monday so I did some backward sleddrags I did 3 sets for a little over 150ft. ea. with 215lbs.+ the sled in the grass 2sets on an incline 1 set on decline I usaually add about 5lbs. everytime I drag, and go a little further.
