training "on" cycle vs. "off" cycle

i will be coming off cycle in about 4 weeks.....i was wondering if maybe i should cut back a bit when i come off cause i'm afraid of over working everything.....or do i just keep barrelling along just like i am now?

I never decrease intensity, only volume. You want to still use the heaviest weights you can to produce the biggest natural GH and test spike possible. Just don't do as much volume b/c your recovery time will be much longer.
