Does anybody have any good suggestions for training music? I like to have a headset so I can stay focused. My personal favorite is the training montage from the Rocky IV soundtrack....just curious as to what you guys listen to....

I didn't know anyone considered that freak hard rock. Just thinking about how weird and skinny that moron is makes me want to throw up much less get a good pump at the gym. That dude is a sicko and I wish his stupid popularity wilwould soon fade away like a bad jock itch.

One of my favorite workout songs beside "You Could be Mine" by G & R and Metallica's "SEek and Detroy" "Whiplash", is House of Pain's "Jump Around." Man, that song just makes bounce all over the gym.
