I had a good workout tonight.....arms are gettin stronger....which means larger !!....Current tape: 18" cold

Alternated Bi and Tri exercises

Hammer curls
50X15 to warm up

Incline Skull Crushers...(first time I have used this exercise...flat is too stressful on the elbows...got the idea on elitefitness....very pleased)

I will go heavier for fewer reps next week...tonight wanted to get a feel on what I could handle...with good form
