training in pct

I have just started the pct for my first cycle. I'm noticing strength drop slightly in certain areas, what is the best way to train in pct?

for example, before my cycle I was deadlifting

80kg x 10
90kg x 8
100kg x 6

then by the end of the cycle I was doing

124kg x 10
134kg x 8
144kg x 6

but now my strength is going down a bit, and yesterday I could only manage 4 reps on 144kg and that was complete failure. Should I drop it down or try to keep just as high even if for less reps?

Some strength loss may be inevitable (depending on what u were on). The key is the keep the intensity as high as possible.

i've always noticed that post cycle, my strength goes down...not too much but maybe 20% of peak on cycle...so for safety sake, whenever i finish a cycle, i drop down 10-20% of the weight from what i was doing before and try to push as hard as if i was on cycle...the key like guardian said is to push and keep the intensity high

Use VIGOR, Lypo-flame and ZIP before your workouts and BIG BLAST and VIGOR afterward. It'll feel like you're still on.
