I am about to come off my first cycle. Nothing but 6 weeks of 50 mg winstrol tabs ED. Gains have been pretty good. i am 6 ft 1, 220lbs.
bench 320lbs, squat 450 and dl the same.
I will do pct with clomid, because unable to get the nolvadex.
My friend says i should reduce training by half and intensity to about 60 percent, otherwise i will go into major catabolism and lose everything i gained.
Anybody have any thoughts on this? How should i go about the training?
I have been on the following schedule during my cycle.
monday: upper back and biceps
tuesday: chest and tri's
wed: off
thu:squat/deadlift
fri:shoulders and arms
sat: off
sun
