Training during PCT

I was talking to a guy about training while going through PCT and he said that you need to train like mad so you don't lose anything.....
But from what I've understood is that the Clomid and HCG will pump my body with estrogen, (lease let me know if i'm way of here though guys), and because if i'm full of estrogen my body basically thinks i'm a girl yes? And girls don't build or retain muscle in the same way as guys so will I just end up over training and losing muscle more if I train in this state?
Do i need to do a few de-load weeks in the gym during this period or just not train at all?

Any advice or past experiences will be greatly received!
 
What is your planned pct? Hcg does aromatize more yes but you should be running that during your cycle and discontinue it when you start the serms for pct

Correct, also even tho you're on PCT you still have alot of that cycle still going thru your body, Even if i'm off cycle i still train like mad.
 
Heres my cycle and planned PCT

1-10 NPP - 300mg/week
1-12 Sustanon - 750mg/week
1-15 Arimidex - 0.5mg/eod
11-15 HCG - 150iu/3 times per week

PCT:
16-19 Clomid - 50mg/day
16-21 nolva - 20mg/day
16-21 Aromasin - 0.5mg/eod
 
There are mixed opinions when it comes to training on PCT

Theory #1 is lift very heavy lift crazy so you can keep your gains and stimulate your natural testosterone levels!


theory #2. Go easy on ur workouts and don't overdo it!!! (Lighter weight )a lot of people say you're very injury prone went on PCT because you're not as strong as you once were..

I think number two is crazy talk and ridiculous

Regardless if you're in the gym as much is a dedicated bodybuilder you're going to have an injury here and there it's about being smart and not getting a serious injury .. If u tweak something it is what is is in my book !


I honestly can't go in the gym and not give it my all it's part of who I am!! I do it while I'm on cycle while ,when I'm off , wile cruising on TRT...whatever the case I give it my all and push that very last rep ....plus I work with a couple other dudes in the gym and we all motivate and push each other!! if I go in there acting all soft I'll get called out real quick and that's not me ... ( clarifying I do not ego lift ) I'm going to make sure I get one rep more than my training partner every single time!!!


So imo when in pct train with intensity keep pushing that weight and keep your time in the gym at 40-45 min and get out

Don't chit chat hit sets and wind up chilling in the gym over working ur already stressed body for hours on end ..

Normally when you come off cycle your weight is going to go down on the bar anyways no sense and purposely dropping it if your weight drops just get what you can get pusher wait get your work and grind on!!!

I'm still undecided on what I want to do. I think your spot on with if the weights going to go down then may as well push it out as much as I can, but at the same time I don't want to break the muscles down beyond repair like you can do when your training natty. Altough the gear will still be in my system going through PCT so will this keep this from happening?

How long do you go back to your natty training plan from your PCT or do you keep it the same year round?
 
I stay on low dose test year round I never come off

I do come off for a couple weeks here and there to kinda let my body's receptors stay sharp

But I just run hcg prior and during

I can't run clomid at all it jacked my eyes up
2 yrs later still have ocular disturbances that was only at 50 mg

But yes the gear will stay in ur system until the Ester clears ur body..

I am a firm believer that when on pct hitting the big 5 lifts

When ur hormone levels are low hitting big lifts aid in gh and test production ur body really pushes harder to produce
Also several study's on fats boosting test levels
Animal fats have been shown to really help
Just remember keep it in check ..

It's been so long since I have done a pct bro like I said I just use a bit of hcg prior to coming off and for two weeks wile I'm off then I hop back on so in not the one to ask about pct
 
Your pct Looks ok I like simple pct and when I run mine in the past I did 4 weeks
Honestly clomid was my go to until I had bad eye issues

Regret ever taking in

If u have access to bloodwork get that done

I'm a big advocate of bloods !!!

It's the only way u will know that ur in the right track to recovery
 
Are u still on cycle ur hcg looks a bit low

I like to have a minimum of 700-800 a week split into 3 shots

Ur dose seems a bit low
 
It should be arimidex as well in my PCT, no idea why I've wrote that?

You reckon bumping up the HCG to 250iu 3 times per week then. Planning on starting that after my last injection of the NPP and continuing through the remaining two weeks of the sust?
 
Stay on hcg the duration for cycle and come off wile on pct imo

As far as Adex keep it at a daily dose it seems to keep things more stable .25 Ed is good seems to be the sweet spot

Do u have access to bloodwork ?
 
I would bump up hcg as well the dose u stated is God think it will really help ya out plus 3 weeks at that amount should help get ur balls ready for the pct kinda give them a bit more of a kick start

Have u noticed any testicular atrophy wile on cycle ?
 
No to be honest I don't really think I've had any shrinkage at all.
Yeah it's 100mg per ml.
I'm doing a ml of sus and NPP Sunday night, tuesday, and Thursday night.
You think I should start the HCG before I drop the NPP?

It's been ok but it is my 1st cycle so I wasn't to sure what to expect, the only side I got was night sweats but that wore off as I got further in to the course.

Managed to keep most of the water retention off me, the odd day my face has mooned out a bit after a binge. Few spots on my back has started to come through as well now over the past week or so but I wouldn't call it acne.
 
Yea that's the main side I get acne it gets worse on pct or when u come off

I would start the higher dose of hcg now honestly

On ur next day to pin use the hcg
Ur keeping in in the fridge right ?

What's are ur stats ? How much have u gained on cycle and has ur diet been clean ?
 
I'm stocked up on B5 and I'm drinking plenty of water, can't use the sunbeds at the minute cause i got some more work done on my sleeve so it's still a bit scabby, just take what come's the one's I've got now are bad enough to scar so im not to worried, suppose only time will tell!
I've not mixed it yet so its still with the rest of my stuff but it will be once I have.
I've also gone away for a couple of days so It'l have to be Sunday when I start the HCG now.

I started off at 170lbs, 6 foot and 14% bf. Training for 3 years prior to this. I weigh myself every Monday as soon as I get up and I was 183lbs so a stone so far probably a few lbs of water as well but i'm happy from what I have had from this, (still a few weeks left as well) considering 3 years ago I was like 140lbs soaked through....
Diet has been Ok for the most part. Not as strict as I would of liked it to be but that's my own fault.
 
Good stuff man I remember when I was 170 :( man the old days

I'm around 195-199 lbs fluctuates from morning to evening

But my morning weight is normally 197. Snd I stay lean never above 11%
Currently cutting now think I just dropped below 9% go for a bod pod test next week going for 7 ish before I start my npp cycle next month want a clean slate to build on im thinking I will get down to 193 ish before my cycle them gonna go for 210-215 lean and as dry as possible on my npp gonna watch my estro like a hawk with bloods

I figure the initial weight will come on fast but my gains are gonna be nice after 205
 
Sounds like your in good shape then man! Looks like you've got it all figured out as well! I cant wait for the day I hit the 200's and be lean! Do you just cycle with NPP or have you used anything else? I take if you done run test along side if your on TRT?

I have no idea what to run for my next cycle?! I reckon it will be around September time I'm thinking. Plenty of time to get some research in though!
 
This will actually be my first run with npp

These are all the compounds I have tried

Test p
Test c
Test suspension
Eq
Dbol
Var
Winny
Mast p
Tren ace

I have run tren the most but it gets iffy for me 8-10 weeks in

I have run high test but my main thing is low test when I cycle
I like letting the other compound do it's work if I run high test I just run it by itself for me I find anything over 600 mg of test to be a waste

That's just my personal preference if you read other posts on here you will see that I'm a big advocate of low doses I like anabolic's to just ate my training and diet I like to know that I'm trying to put the most work in without the use of the substance

I honestly don't know why I've never tried npp
Guess I just got so caught up on trenbolone and mast p that I neglected other things :)
 
Hey dude was thinking in ur pct be careful with the adex cuz last thing ya wanna do is crush ur estrogen
.25 might not seem like a lot but it is strong stuff
I am prone to estrogen flux so that's why I use it
