What is your personal exp. with this?
I myself have had good results focusing on one weak area for about 3 weeks.
Example (weak tri's- especially left tri)
Split would be
Mon
Chest & tri's
Tues
Deads/Bi's/ left tri
Thurs
Squats/calves/tri
Fri
Shoulders/Back/Left tri
Three weeks of this and my left tricep had almost caught up to my right. Proving the theory that mixing up volumes may be beneficial.
