well put it this way..when I was screaming..I cant do anymore...she said stop screaming and do 5 more..we did quads..
started with leg extensions..sets of 15-25..2 legs and 1 leg...
after we went to hack squats 4 sets of 15, 2 sets of 10, after leg presses 5 sets of 15..then leg abductor 6 sets of 20,
then ended with barbel squats up to 225, legs apart until she had to lift me up..she is 185 5'8" Im 170 5"6
