Toxic's Post cycle pic

Finished my cycle after 10 weeks
Bianabol-35mgs/ed-5 weeks
Golden Triangle Tren-E 500mgs/week-10 weeks
Tesoviron Depot-250mgs/week-10 weeks
Nolvadex-20mgs/ed-10 weeks

I started with a high BF%, but I gained some solid muscle and droppped a little BF. I'm still a balloon but now it's time to diet down and show off the gains. It was a great mass stack and I got unreal strength. Definitely happy with the results. If any1 has reliable dieting/cutting advice after a cycle like this, all help is welcome.

holy shit bro you look fuckin THICK

as for dieting you should run a low dose of test or dbol while cutting. after that cycle you will be shut down hard and recovery will be hard. If you cut calories and carbs to diet and lose BF you will lose alot of those gains. If i where you id run prop for 6 weeks at a low dose and diet like crazy, then hit pct. Thats just my opinion.
 
yeah, i never cut (ecto no need), but if you get it down right, you should look good, you've got decent size to work with !!

BF%-21% I believe.

Cycle history- at 17 I did a 12 week cycle of Sustenon 250. 5 yrs later I did a 10 week cycle of Proprionate followed by 6 weeks of Clenbuterol. And now this.

Current Diet- I'm not exceeding 2,000 calories a day. I eat 70% protein (chicken, turkey, eggs, ANPB, Whey isolate) Carbs are usually wild rice, lentils, broccolli, oranges and banannas.

I've worked out since I was 13. I've always had a large frame. Played hockey, lacrosse, baseball. Never did much running.

Right now I'm training chest/back/legs and bi's/tri's/delt's with a cardio day in between. Sometimes I'll throw in a quick HIIT session on my lift days. Cardio is a mix of HIIT for 20 minutes on the Stairclimber, or 30 minutes of jump rope.
 
I'm built kinda like you bro. I'm currently in week 6 of a test e cycle. So I would also like to hear any suggestions on how to lower bf% without losing gains after a bulking cycle.

I think you should go to more traditional bodybuilding style split. I would do one bodypart a day then follow it with as much cardio as you can stand. I would do chest monday, back tuesday, arms wednesday, wheels thursday, shoulders Friday, or something similar to this. It sounds like your diet is pretty much in check, I would drop the fruit though (fructose is terrible when you're trying to lose weight). If your bodyfat is very stubborn I would suggest doing an hour of cardio a day 7 days a week. That will be seen as extreme by some, but I have had clients who tend to hold bodyfat and that's what it takes for them to dial it in. I would run something during this though to hold mass. You could run low dose test with some winstrol or something of that nature.

Yeah, the 1 hour cardio every day is kind of what I thought would be needed. Man, that sux balls. lol. I was thinking I may run some T3 with testoviron and winny bcuz I know I have fat that's more stubborn than a mule. The 1 muscle per day workout is what I did for about 2 years. Looks like I'll take your advice . It's very similar to what I had in mind. I just didn't want to hear the 7x a week 1 hour cardio. lol. Thnx bro.

Have you used t3 before? I haven't ever used it. I actually have a fast metabolism so I don't have much trouble losing weight, I actually struggle to put weight on. Pre-contest I was doing 1 1/2 hour a day 5 days a week and the other two days I was doing a 1 hour session. It definitely isn't the most fun you will ever have, but it will get results. Sounds like you have a gameplan. Your cycle idea sounds solid too. Let me know if you have any more questions I would be glad to help! Good luck bro!
