beginner?? havent even started yet.

i have been doing a bit of research lately into the DBOL thing but havent got the answers im looking for. for starters im

25yro 5;11 and roughly 140pd (i think) 11 and half stone
i have been training a while with lots of protein, wieght gain and creatine but to no use. still look about 16 lol

im not really interested in juicing, just want to put on a few pounds and look a bit bigger. so far im CONSIDERING takeing about 25 - 35 dbol for up to 5-6 weeks then stoping for the same or more.

is this totally pointless or would i get (at least) what im trying to acheive?
is it nessessary to combine it with something else?
if i do put on weight will it stay on while i stop takeing it?

i know more research would be a good idea but im really only looking for a few quick pointers...

any critics/helpfull advice would be much appreiciated!

Train natural first!!!!!! Try superdrol and weight gainer together. That should get you big. Go to your local small supplement shop and ask the guys there. They will hook you up.
 
I suggets training some more but if you really have been traing for a while and only weigh 140lbs I suggest that you do some searching around here at possible workouts etc..because that is very light..I'm 25 and 5'11 curently 210 no i was as low as 170 at one poit and I looked sickly all I can tell you is eat everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
 
when i say a while i mean since last jan at a gym with coaching on technique from the instructors. as for the eat everything im currently taking in around 4500 calories pd with the w/gain im taking. seems to be going nowhere. i would thinks its barf only for the fact that others in the same gym take it with good results.
 
Some things work for some people and not others up your calorie intake fuck if 4500 dosnt do it take in whatever, in all honesty if I was you I would not be counting calories I'd just eat eat eat get a good protein supplement start eating peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches before bed go all out..If you sill cant gain wait what can I say Juice baby Juice because everyone will tell you to wait but if u cant gain u need to do something
 
thats what im thinking. but im not really interested in juicing to be honest for quite some time. at least to ive got ALOT more knowledge on the subject. but what about the DBOLS?? should i / shouldnt i.
kinda lossing interest in the gym because of lack of results. i know rome wasnt built in a day but could be doing with a boost to keep me motivated. although i will stick to the advice of u wiser ones

What the hell are you talking about.....? How old are you?

Unless you are some extremely rare case...ex. 1:100,000 who has a screwed genetic mutation ......you are just not eating enough and suck at your workout. Simple.

I have worked out all my freinds, one guy was 5'8 @ 130 lbs.....says like all the others " has tried every damn thing" bla bla bla bla.. I have heard this from every single perosn i have ever trained...either personally or as a PT.....its all bulshit...i dont even listen any more. It all is the same line. I stop people right there.

You havent tried shit.....you dont need dbol.......you are training/resting and eating wrong....at least the eating......

Now this isnt meant to flame you but to get your ass to actually get bigger...im willing to help you with your diet if you want to keep in touch and pm me regularly about how your shit is going

Here is what you need. I dont care how fast your metabolism is...... take the number 30 multiply that by your body weight. Take those number of callories and start eating.

I had a freind who kept saying this....i cant grow for 4 years of working out....he couldnt put on 1 lb of muscle in over 2 years workoing out...just defenition.

I bought him some weight gainers...told him to eat 12 eggs in morning....and got him some XXXL shakes ( each shake at 1,300+ calories or more)...got him drinking that shake 3x a day along with tons of pasta , tuna, chicken breast, cereal etc...told him if he pukes the shake out its ok...you want to be big......do like he did what i told him...when you eat always have a bowl...For what you ask? so that when you puke your food out ..it lands in the bowl and you can regulp it down....thats what it takes...

If you eat till you literally puke, and work out properly there is no way in 2 years you will not weigh 40 more pounds easy!

ya bro... its not easy, you can't just go into a gym and workout and expect to gain without a perfect diet for your muscles to grow..
what we need is your diet, which is prob like 2000-2500 cals per day... supplementing with AS will get some lbs on you, but if your diet sucks... you'll go right back to ground zero.
 
post your diet...we want to help you...but juice is not the anwser....freinds of mine like you have done cycles of over 1.5 thousand dbol...gained nothing but strenght...and then..and only then....they came to learn about eating etc...and finaly said...i guess you were right.

I doubt you are really getting 4500 in calories. Write it all down, and you have to be consistent. No Wed 4500, Thurs 4500, Fri 2500, Sat 2500, Sun 4000. This is my problem
 
Polfa hit it on the head. Its all diet. Get that right then make sure your training is right.
Work with him and you will get better results than you would have if you juiced.
Steroids are not magic. They don't make people look like bodybuilders. Eating properly and working out properly does. Steroids are a tool used to put the finishing touches on a product.
Too many guys out there rely on juice and don't know jack shit about how to eat and work out. Yet, for some reason they think they do.
Work with PJ and listen to the man!
 
thanks so far guys. was kinda expecting that...
here a typical sumary of what i eat per day. its basically the same every day but slightly varied.

breakfast - 6am bowl oatmeal cereal
6 rounds of toast
3 boiled eggs
pint oj with 10mg creatine mono

8am a shake consisting of wg and pint of full cream milk
( details of wg at bottom of post)
a banana
bar of choc

t break 10am 6 sandwiches. (white bread and meat) chicken,tuna,beef,ham or
egg - varies each day
2 yoghurts
1 fruit- v.e.d
crisps
choc
tea

lunch 1pm same as 10am plus wg shake

break 3pm 3 rice cakes plus wg shake

dinner 6pm mashed potatoes
roast potatoes
veg
meat v.e.d
gravy
2 pints fc milk

pre gym 8pm cereal bar plus oj and creatine 10mg

post gym 9.30pm shake and rice cakes

bed 10/10.30pm

sat and sun - mainly loads of junk (take aways and shit) off work. no set routine
4 shakes and 2 creatine throughout the day

monday tuesday wednesday thursday friday saturday sun
gym football gym football gym football rest

shake is mammoth 2500 (canadian brand) 2 shakes pd= 2500 cal. each shake contains
66g protein, 28g fat, 184g carbs. (notice i take 4 shakes per day) i thought 4 = 2500 but i guess its 5000cal. so my intake is alot more than i thought.

workout programme will follow some time. dont want post too big.
suggestions on needed changes would be super guys!
 
ps. when i said i didnt want to juice i meant needles. not too fond of the idea.
didnt know tabs were called juice too. (juice-liquid)??

You can also try the Diet and Training forum. Some very good bros there that will help you.

I would take what you have written down and throw out the window ( not that its all bad) its good your detailed in planing etc..shows you want it. Very good. I would however throw all that out. Here is what your diet should look like....just eat every damn thing you can other than krispy creme doughnuts. Shove it down your face till you literaly puke. Dont rely on the shakes too much either. Mayeb you rdrinking bad shakes. And dont be afraid to hit the good old Mcdonalds, burrito places, any damn thing. EAT EAT EAT. Take a funnel and shove it down...puke it back an dshove down again. It may suck but its the way. Next time when you have a sandwich put t extra tablespoons of peanutbutter on ther too..with each sandwich.

is eating healthy not a major part of the plan as well. doing it ur way ill be dead b4 im heavier lol.

Funnel yes..lol...dont need you on the news..guy dies with funnel. Its a joke.

Eating healthy.. Who cares about all that. Your skinny...light and if your metabolism is so fast...then your in good shape...your body processes what you throw at it real fast. I bet you cant even get fat. Unless you can cleanly eat 10k callories/day i would start hiting the mcdonalds and eating everything.( avoid total junk..but its cool to throw it in too)

How many calories per day are you eating seriously? How many hours are you sleeping...and how are you training....?
