Damn the heavy deadlifts!!!!!!!!!
I have only spoken to a doc in the emergency room thus far, but I was told I tore the ligaments in my lower back. I will go see my chiropractor soon but I need your opinions.
I was about to start my "goodies" on Monday. Assuming I rest it for a week and go to physical therapy, and get EMS therapy, etc., would AAS help my back to heal any faster?
I know that GH could speed up the recovery process, but I can't afford that at this time. Any suggestions? I need to get back in the gym as soon as possible.
