was on my last set of squats, went down, was on the return and then...boom.
If you've ever torn apart two boneless chicken breasts at the connective tissue that holds them together, that's what it felt like as far as what I envisioned going on in my leg. Within half a second i made the decision to finish my motion instead of kicking my feet out and letting the weight drop to the squat rack parallel bars, which in hind sight i think made it worse.
Thank god its not my quad and I can still walk. You don't realize how much you use your abductor/gracilis muscle until its strained. Man that f'ing hurt!!!
I know, I know...rest, ice, compression, elevation. My neighbor is an RN and has a whole cabinet full of pain meds...thank God.
