top 5 supplements

What do you think are top 5 Supplements you should use as a necessity... Please list brand name if you can

Mine would be

1. Reflex Whey Protein (post workout with dextrose)
2. Multi Vitamin and Mineral
3. Flax Oil (Udo's Oil)
4. Sport Flex Glucosomine Suplfate with Fish Oils
5. Alpha Lipoic Acid

I believe that's really all i need to stay lean and healthy
maybe creatine might have a place on that list

What do u guys think are "Essentials"

Nice topic, BFA. Here are mine:

1) Whey (Optimum Nutrition 100% whey)
2) Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men (time released multi-vitamin)
3) PWO supps (includes dextrose and maltodextrin)
4) EFA's (Udo's, Borleans, Labrada, NOW)
5) Thermo's (I'm a guinea pig when it comes to thermos and supps). In this list, it includes R+, ephedrine, and anything else that I consume :p

Very broad range for #5, what can I say :D

Heres all Im supplementing these days:

Vitamin C caps 500mg 3x daily
Vitamin E 400IU 2x daily
Glucosamine-MSM 1000mg cap 3x daily
Food based MultiVitamin
EFA oil

Im on my last APM60 so Im going to look into a calcium and potassium supplement. Im phasing out protein powders for a while, picking up the calories with walnuts and pecans.

*carnitine
and UDO's

i know 6 but these i cannot survive without
mind you i am actively losing weight and not at all looking to bulk up

Without question, the most effective are..

1...Unleashed (the only product that raises testosterone)

2...Post-Cycle (cleans liver, lowers estroen, improve slibido. Think of it as ZMA PLUS)

3...ZIP! (Non stimulant fat burner. Pro Thyroid formula)

4...Combo of unflavored ion exchange whey, micellar casien, and whole egg protein (I mix my own flavorings and sweetening)

5...Glucosomine/Controiton/ MSM (Essential for healthy joints)

That's what I take every day.

Add in a good vit/mn and you really don't need anything else.
