What do you think are top 5 Supplements you should use as a necessity... Please list brand name if you can
Mine would be
1. Reflex Whey Protein (post workout with dextrose)
2. Multi Vitamin and Mineral
3. Flax Oil (Udo's Oil)
4. Sport Flex Glucosomine Suplfate with Fish Oils
5. Alpha Lipoic Acid
I believe that's really all i need to stay lean and healthy
maybe creatine might have a place on that list
