i am interested to know what sort of supplements people take on a regular basis and why? the following are things i cant do without.
1. DMG
2. creatine
3. methoxy-7
4. tribex-500
5. essential life caps [multi vitamin from country life-enzymated]

i'd welcome input from everyone. thanks

2. Vitamins



...thats all. for the inflated cost of a bottle of over-hyped ineffective prohormones I can buy a bottle of enanthate and actually see results.
 
Protein powder, the occasional bar for covenience & a treat, flaxseed oil.

I haven't taken my multivitamin in a while, it's made me seriously sick to my stomach a few times, even when taken with a meal. So I'm a little gun shy. There are enough other things that make me naseaus, I don't need to make myself sick.
 
1. Protein powder (EAS Myoplex Lite, even though it is expensive, it's the only one I can stomach on a regular basis)

2. Multi-Vitamin (just plain old Centrum, can't function without it!)
 
A good multi (e.g. Twin Lab Daily 2)
Green tea extract -- good antiox
Glutamine - for recovery

For me personally:
- B5 (FINALLY something to deal w/ my acne)
- MSM / Glucosamine - for my tendonitis
