Whats so great about Charlestown SC?

El Paso, Brownsville, Laredo, Chula Vista, and Nogales.

Why Chula Vista and not somewhere nicer to the north, like Del Mar or Mission Valley? Proximity to the border?

I can't imagine living anywhere other than San Diego. Every time I go out of town (like now), I'm reminded of what a great place it is. Coming home is the vacation.
