I don't think my Sinus could handle living in Denver.

Well, since you asked

Charleston is a lot of fun. it is in a moderate climate and right on the water. With 7 colleges in the city there is a lot going on culturally and an abundance of young people with whom to socialize.

It has a well devceloed downtown and intersting historic district. It isn't that great for shopping, but it has a Saks and some other basic needs. :)

Also, relatively close to Atlanta when you need real BIG CITY type stuff.
