IMO - welterweight division is stacked with quality fighters, heavyweight division is lacking in depth. PRIDE has a much better HW division with many fine athletes - Fedor, Cro Cop, Nog, Hunt

It just goes to show you how much better Pride is. The funny thing is that Leben said maybe he can go back to Japan where the competition is a little easier... LMAO!!! I hope he doesn't believe that. Silva was Godzilla and he looked like Tokyo.

I know they must encourage the fighters to trash talk prior to the fight, but MAN, did that comment ever make Leben look like the uneducated fool that he is....is he actually that dense that he's not aware of Pride and the level of the fighters there??!?

It's always much more classy (IMO) when a fighter doesn't trash his opponent.

Yeah, I would go in the opposite direction in these interviews... almost to the point of overkill. I would make it seem like I suck and they are awesome. Maybe get them overconfident and taking you lightly.

I'm not that impressed only because I've never even seen Leben win a fight. Leben is so far from being in the UFC elite its not even close to fair to use this to compare Pride and UFC at all.

This is just about the same as I'm thinking, except get Little Evil in there at Lightweight instead of Spencer Fisher. Also, I'd like to see Griffin fight the Count - I kind of have a feeling Bisping would take that fight.
