Tooth Whitening

Anybody have any experience with stuff other than white strips????


Overstock.com has some deals on 35% gels, but I'm wondering if that would melt my gums off.

Any opinions, advice?
 
I use that. Had a mouth tray made and it works fine. Doesn't overly whiten your teeth, you ever see someone with just to white of teeth? I guess you could over whiten if you used it 10 days in a row or something.

Worked great for me after about 3 uses. Now I do it after I get my teeth clean at the dentist. It's enough to keep them white.
 
just get a set of trays made at the dentist and buy your own bleaching on the internet.

i have a buddy who is a dentist, and he hooked me up, yo. however, he only had 20% bleach. i had to order the real stuff online.

Big problem if gums or teeth are sensitive.

20% is fine.
 
I love my new dentist - his parents are also my doctors.

We actually all becomes friends he and his wife - the boys have fun together doing guy stuff.

When I get my cap for a root canal I needed I'm going to have him do my tooth whitening. The home stuff is half the price but I am a spaz and I feel like I'm going to suffocate and swallow all the goo in the home kits - lol - I need supervision and the sucky thing in my mouth.

LOL, I'm not gonna touch that one........


When I was a little kid, a drill bit exploded in my mouth and freaked me the fuck out.......now I avoid dentists unless I need somethin crazy like a root canal......oh and if the dude with the pelvic exam thing reads this......guess what, my parents and I didnt sue.......

I had really bad experiences too - I didn't go for a long time out of fear.

You have to find the right dentist - my guy is super high tech and I will tell you it was very low pain -the pain was getting the shots to numb your mouth the rest was cake.

I met with him first and had a mini interview before the actual visit.

Maybe you can find yourself a good one too - just look around and talk to them and tell them about your experiences.
 
I had mine done at the dentist and the home crap does not even come close to how white you can get your teeth with the dentist.

I swear, the weeks while I was doing it my teeth glowed in the dark. lol.

worth it.

Veneers are very expensive. They wouldnt want to do that unless they had seriously fucked up teeth....or were in an accident where some teeth were chipped. Or were a celebrity.

LOL, yea my teeth arent fucked up, I had braces when I was a kid. They're just not AS white as I'd like them to be, and I really hate whitestrips.
 
gosmile is good stuff. there was this gel that used to come in a sonic toothbrush (looked like little syringes) that worked VERY well. i don't remember what it was called though i don't even think they make that tooth brush anymore either. target used to carry them...

what does rachel use???? her grill is white as fuck!
