had my best pulls in a long long time, a new pr and equalled my best pull
heres how it went:
Pulldowns with the handle bar
1/2 stack, 2x10
stack, 2x8
deads
(no straps no belt)
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 1
(straps no belt)
405 x 1....never even attempted without belt before
(straps n belt)
455 x 1......equals pr from over a year ago
then machine rows
stack, 2x8
low cable rows superset with pulley shrugs
3 sets chins to failure
i dedicate the deads to kill that shit, cause i was debating not doing em when i got to the gym
