Right now I am about 190 and 6'2....just got a new trainer and new diet...I'm on 500mg of test and Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - .....here's what he has me on...thoughts?
Myoplex delux since I have 3 boxes to use as postworkout and a banana for extra carbs......since the last meal of the day will be reallyu close to training and to bed, 1 cup of carbs still to replenish....when I run out of myo, he wants me on a protein blend and waxy maize as my carb...I like it....
