Ever since I got home from college last week, I have been sleeping for 11 hours a night. Is too much sleep a bad thing? I figure those extra 3 hours im sleeping I could be eating an extra 600 calories
im guilty of this too. i'm sure i would get better results if i would wake up everyday at the same time, eat my meals accordingly and workout at the same time and get the same sleep everynight, but my life doesnt allow that right now.
