Too Much Deca?

Hey Bro sounds like i can learn alot from you. Yeah, i always joke around with my girlfriend and tell her i am tired of being a skinny fat guy. Everyone thinks i am off when i tell them I am 17% even the guys I know and see all the time. They all think I am around 12%. I carry it well i guess but I have done the caliper test weekly for 6-8 weeks now and it always comes out 16-16 %. I was over at a friends house the other day who had an electronic fat percentage scale and it gave the same numbers. They were amazed. So, do you think i should be doing cardio? I was thinking about bulking first and then dieting after the bulking cycle. I'll shout back later...headed to get groceries..go figure! Good to meet someone my age. I'd love to be 6% body fat...inspiring!
 
Most of those clinics are shady as far as what they prescribe. Of course they want you to buy more. 600mgs of deca is way too much for someone just starting out. Back in the day 200mg ew was the common dose. Then 300-400 seemed to be recommended a lot. Now I see people recommending deca in the 500-800 range. It's not needed! Stick with 250 test, 200-300 deca. If you want, up the test to 300, maybe 400, but I wouldn't go any higher. Remember with the sust and deca, that's around 500mgs. A hefty first cycle!

As for the training, sounds good. I would recommend a trip to the training board and read the stickys. It sounds like single factor 5x5 would be perfect for you. I would also do cardio twice per week on the morning on an empty stomach (drink a single scoop of whey mixed in water before hand though.). That should burn some fat and keep your metabolism running good. I like the idea of less calories on your off days. Although I think your overall calorie intake is a low if you want to gain. Keep a log of everything and if you don't see any gains, add food slowly until you do. But to be completely honest I would run a bulk and then a cutter. It's best to do one at a time. If do go ahead and do it your way though, I think if you keep track of everything, eat lot's of clean food, do a little cardio (not too much!) and rest/train well, then you can add some nice, clean mass.

Dosage is 250mg/cc for the Sust and 300mg/cc for the Deca and therefore loaded 1 cc of each into the syringe and hooked it up. I originally planned on doing this for 10 weeks two injections per week for the duration of the cycle. That would equal 500mg of Sust and 600mg of Deca. This seems a little high for the Deca. Of course the nurse practitioner working for the company who I LEGALLY bought the stuff from reccomends this dosage but I am tempted to believe that he only wanted to sale me the higher dosage of Deca....300mg over the 200mg. What do you guys think? Am I safe doing this cycle as described or should I drop my dosage of Deca. I feel safe with the dosage on the Sust. My goal is to add about 15-20 lbs of lean muscle and drop about 7% of my body fat. My diet is planned around this. I am eating about 2800 calories a day on work out days and about 2400 calories on non work out days and dropping my carb intake from 280 to 120 on non workout days. I am keeping my fats at about 95 grams a day and getting most of that from olive oil and Flax added in my shakes. I am eating 6 meals a day and have been doing this for about 6-8 months in preperation for this cycle. Of course i plan to keep this diet. My work out is three times a week heavy. I work all major muscle groups doing compound exercises. I do two warm up sets of 8-10 reps and then add weight and do sets of 6,4,2,1,adding weight every set and then dropping weight and doing a burn out set before jumping to a superset for whatever I am working. I keep my workouts to about 45 minutes to an hour. My diet is solid and my work out is solid. I want to be sure that my dosages are solid. As you guys know this shit is expensive and i don't want to waste my money. I do not expect miracles. I expect to work my ass off and see some good gains. I then expect to do my off cycle and add cardio to my workout and cut my diet to loose the extra fat i may gain in this bulking cycle. Any input would be apreciated.


i could be wrong but i thought only vet. deca came in that high of a milligram(300)?

Okay, check this out.....I have two bottles of sust 250 10ml and I have two bottles of Deca 300 10ml......sounds like I could do 2 ea 10 week cycles with what I have. If I do this and only take 250mg of sust a week and 300mg of deca should I split the test into two shots or do only one a week? I'd actually want to keep the deca a little under the dosage of the test so I'd maybe only do 200mg of deca and 250 mg of test. From what I have read i need to do at least two a week to get any results because of the different etsers ....especially the prop and phynlprop to keep levels even. I don't want to waste my money. How long can I keep the other two bottles before they go bad. I'd like to do a cutting cycle after this bulk and then another bulk later next year. What do you reccomend for a cutter cycle. I KNOW IT ALOT OF QUESTIONS BUT I HAVE ALREADY STARTED.
 
If you have all of that gear, what I would recommend is 1.5ml of sust a week and 1ml of deca a week. That's 300 deca, 375 sust. I did that cycle my second time and went from 241lbs to 258 in 8 weeks. I also trained and ate like an animal, but it sounds like you are willing to apply yourself as well. :)

As for the cutting cycle, you can cut with any as, deca, test, winny. The real secret there is diet, cardio and training.

Dam I should be in bed now. Actually you just suggested exactly what I was thinking. I am sticking to this: 1.5 ml of test (375)1 ml of Deca (300). Now the only question is this.....how many injections a week. I was thinking of doing two a week....(.75ml of sust and .5ml of deca twice a week....saturday and tuesday. )My old roomate is a bodybuilder and competes. He is telling me to take the test only once a week and take the Deca 2-3 times a week but keep the dosages so that they add up to 375 and 300. He never has taken Sust and talks shit about it. He is being really negative and just keeps saying that I never should have gotten the sust and should have gotten another test that is not a blend. The fact is I have what I have. What worked for you? How many injections a week. Also did you do a cycle of HCG afterward? My old roomate is also telling me that if I am going to do a cutting cycle then I need to stay on until I am done. He stayed on for like 2 years straight which I think is insane. I am not trying to compete. I was thinking about doing this cycle and then doing an off cycle of Clomid and HCG and then after a few months doing a cutting cycle. Is this the correct way to do it?

Go for 2 injections per week (As you said to make the most out of the Prop ester in the Sustanon). My recommendation is 500mg/week of sus. and 400 mg/week of deca. As for doing a cutting cycle afterwards make sure you do your PCT and take some time off before you start it. (Time on = Time off)
 
PS....with deca, you need MORE calories. Deca works in conjunction with the calories in your body to produce strength. I learned this from a box insert from a norma hella deca. It states, "You need substantilly higher ammounts of protein and calories for deca-durabolin to work to its full potential." So, i dont think 2800 cals is enough. I would go with 4000 calories. And if you are not trying to bulk, the cut out deca and substitute durabolin(NPP)
