Hey guys whats up? I just started a new cycle today of Sust 250/Deca. This is not my first cycle. My first cycle was an 8 week cycle of cyp. It worked well. I am 35. I have done my homework. I have been working out seriousley for two years now before doing this 2nd cycle. i am a very hard gainer and want to see some good gains which i know i can achieve. I have a prescription for everything I have. I have a great diet plan (30-40-30) My LBM is 141. Body fat is high at 17%. My weight is 170 and I am 6'1".
I have Arimidex .5 miligrams which I plan on using one tablet every 3 days. I also have Clomid and HCG for my post cycle. I injected my first injection today of 250mg Sust and 300mg of Deca. Dosage is 250mg/cc for the Sust and 300mg/cc for the Deca and therefore loaded 1 cc of each into the syringe and hooked it up. I originally planned on doing this for 10 weeks two injections per week for the duration of the cycle. That would equal 500mg of Sust and 600mg of Deca. This seems a little high for the Deca. Of course the nurse practitioner working for the company who I LEGALLY bought the stuff from reccomends this dosage but I am tempted to believe that he only wanted to sale me the higher dosage of Deca....300mg over the 200mg. What do you guys think? Am I safe doing this cycle as described or should I drop my dosage of Deca. I feel safe with the dosage on the Sust. My goal is to add about 15-20 lbs of lean muscle and drop about 7% of my body fat. My diet is planned around this. I am eating about 2800 calories a day on work out days and about 2400 calories on non work out days and dropping my carb intake from 280 to 120 on non workout days. I am keeping my fats at about 95 grams a day and getting most of that from olive oil and Flax added in my shakes. I am eating 6 meals a day and have been doing this for about 6-8 months in preperation for this cycle. Of course i plan to keep this diet. My work out is three times a week heavy. I work all major muscle groups doing compound exercises. I do two warm up sets of 8-10 reps and then add weight and do sets of 6,4,2,1,adding weight every set and then dropping weight and doing a burn out set before jumping to a superset for whatever I am working. I keep my workouts to about 45 minutes to an hour. My diet is solid and my work out is solid. I want to be sure that my dosages are solid. As you guys know this shit is expensive and i don't want to waste my money. I do not expect miracles. I expect to work my ass off and see some good gains. I then expect to do my off cycle and add cardio to my workout and cut my diet to loose the extra fat i may gain in this bulking cycle. Any input would be apreciated.
