Too Much Deca?

Hey guys whats up? I just started a new cycle today of Sust 250/Deca. This is not my first cycle. My first cycle was an 8 week cycle of cyp. It worked well. I am 35. I have done my homework. I have been working out seriousley for two years now before doing this 2nd cycle. i am a very hard gainer and want to see some good gains which i know i can achieve. I have a prescription for everything I have. I have a great diet plan (30-40-30) My LBM is 141. Body fat is high at 17%. My weight is 170 and I am 6'1".
I have Arimidex .5 miligrams which I plan on using one tablet every 3 days. I also have Clomid and HCG for my post cycle. I injected my first injection today of 250mg Sust and 300mg of Deca. Dosage is 250mg/cc for the Sust and 300mg/cc for the Deca and therefore loaded 1 cc of each into the syringe and hooked it up. I originally planned on doing this for 10 weeks two injections per week for the duration of the cycle. That would equal 500mg of Sust and 600mg of Deca. This seems a little high for the Deca. Of course the nurse practitioner working for the company who I LEGALLY bought the stuff from reccomends this dosage but I am tempted to believe that he only wanted to sale me the higher dosage of Deca....300mg over the 200mg. What do you guys think? Am I safe doing this cycle as described or should I drop my dosage of Deca. I feel safe with the dosage on the Sust. My goal is to add about 15-20 lbs of lean muscle and drop about 7% of my body fat. My diet is planned around this. I am eating about 2800 calories a day on work out days and about 2400 calories on non work out days and dropping my carb intake from 280 to 120 on non workout days. I am keeping my fats at about 95 grams a day and getting most of that from olive oil and Flax added in my shakes. I am eating 6 meals a day and have been doing this for about 6-8 months in preperation for this cycle. Of course i plan to keep this diet. My work out is three times a week heavy. I work all major muscle groups doing compound exercises. I do two warm up sets of 8-10 reps and then add weight and do sets of 6,4,2,1,adding weight every set and then dropping weight and doing a burn out set before jumping to a superset for whatever I am working. I keep my workouts to about 45 minutes to an hour. My diet is solid and my work out is solid. I want to be sure that my dosages are solid. As you guys know this shit is expensive and i don't want to waste my money. I do not expect miracles. I expect to work my ass off and see some good gains. I then expect to do my off cycle and add cardio to my workout and cut my diet to loose the extra fat i may gain in this bulking cycle. Any input would be apreciated.
 
HRT nurse reccomended 600mg of deca and 500 of test? :confused: I would probably go 500 deca and like 700 test. For me this is how i always run my deca... my test needs to be higher. To each his own...

I agree with the test being higher than deca. (To avoid "Deca Dick") So either bump up the test dosage or reduce the deca.

i agree with the fucking beast. i am currently run that similar test deca stack test is at 800 and deca is at 200 suffient enough for me i just want my joints lubed that is the only reason im running deca. besides if you dont need a high dose deca all-ways try low then go up if you start feeling sore then go up. my 2-cents hope that helps. this is my first cycle also but this has worked for me. running a 15-weeker. test/deca/anavar/winny/hgh/just started the winny wed.

Exactly. I was just as confused as you when I heard it. I asked him If I should pyramid and increase my Test and he said "hell no". He told me there is no reason to pyramid up and taper down if I have the HCG for the off cycle and the best dosage is to load 1 cc of test sust (250mg) and 1 cc Deca (300mg) in a syringe 2 times a week and do that for 10 weeks solid. He claims that the latest reseaerch shows this to be the best way to do it. I am thinking of doing a single shot of deca 1cc (300mg) once a week and doing 2 shots of test (250mg) a week for the first few weeks and then possible increasing the test to 700. I am cool just doing one shot a week on the Deca correct? I know the sust requires 2 shots a week to keep blood levels level. What is the shelf life of the Deca? I have 2 ea. 10cc bottles. of 300mg deca. I evidentily have one bottle too much for this cycle and would like to keep the other for another cycle next year. I was told to never do anything that is over a year old....also by the HRT nurse. I think there is a little sales incentive in the nurses advice. The Arimidex is really high in cost that they sold me. The deca is twice the dosage i think I really needed and the sust is not the longest acting ester but is also very expensive.

They don't. If they did I would not be woking as hard as I am. I partied my ass off for several years and didn't work out. I am naturally skinny. I ran college track and was an all american qualifying for nationals twice. I was a high school state champion in the 300 hurdles and a member of a record holding mile relay. After not working out for 3 years and not sleeping or taking care of myself I gained some fat.... But boy was it fun!! Wouldn't reccommend it to anyone. I lived like a rock star and partied for days at a time and now I am paying for it.
I do a a 9 point skin caliper test for the body fat percentages. I am around 10 percent everywhere else until I measure my abdomen (stomach) which is 28 (about 1-1/2 inches). It really throws my averages off. Don't forget...I am 35 years old....feel like I'm 18 but look in the mirror and realize i am not.

If you will notice in my original post I said my goal was to add 15-20 lbs of lean muscle and drop about 7% in fat. My diet I think will support this. I am only eating 120 g's of carbs on my off days. I have been closely monitoring my progress for the last three weeks and have been losing 1 lb of fat and gaining about 1 lb of muscle a week. My weight has stayed the same. I just got back from Vegas after being there 7 days and not working out....I knew about the trip a year ago and wanted to wait until I got back to start the cycle.
 
Hey, I am only 2yrs older than you and I know very well about body fat and that kind of lifestyle. I guess what I was trying to say was that at 6'1 170lbs I wouldn't think your body fat was where it is now, I'd think less. When I started to get into shape last July (Hadn't been in gym for 12yrs) I was 235lbs at 5'11 with 21%bf. Now, after very strict diet, NEVER cheated once since starting it last July, cardio everyday, weights and a litt 'el chemical help I am at 197lbs with 6%bf. I never had abs before in my life but now is a totally different story.
