Too Much Deca?

I don't know exactly what HRT stands for....is it cool for me to say the company name on here? They sold this as a 'life extension, anti-aging" program. I had blood work done and had my medical records sent to them and then this was prescribed. There is a disclaimer however that states that the prescribed dosages are for advanced athletes and and may be a little extreme for some. I'll tell you the name if it's okay to say but I don't want to break any rules. It is technically a source so........you let me know.

PS....with deca, you need MORE calories. Deca works in conjunction with the calories in your body to produce strength. I learned this from a box insert from a norma hella deca. It states, "You need substantilly higher ammounts of protein and calories for deca-durabolin to work to its full potential." So, i dont think 2800 cals is enough. I would go with 4000 calories. And if you are not trying to bulk, the cut out deca and substitute durabolin(NPP)


I was thinking about upping the calories too. I eat 2800 calories no problem and am still hungry. I actually did my first injection Saturday so nothing is actually flowing yet. I'm sure my appetite will increase and I am geared for it. On Sunday I hook up two crock pots and put 6 chicken breasts in each and dump just enough water to cover the meat. I'll open a pack of french onion cup of soup and dump in one and maybe dump a can of cream of chicken w/ broccoli in the other and set it to cook for about 6 hours. When it is done i have 12 breasts ready to go. I also have a rice cooker that resembles a crock pot and i'll cook a few cups of rice which is alot of rice. I eat other things too. protein bars, tuna, triscuits, turkey chili w/ beans...which has no fat, salmon, Metrx meal replacements, roast beef thin sliced, turkey breast, cottage cheese and green apples.....I won't have aproblem adding calories. i was just concerned with my bf being 17% now and didn't want to add much fat....I'm going to eat clean and hope to burn some fat as i gain muscle.
