Too Late To Eat...Need Feedback

I am on a fina, winny, aratest cycle....I am trying to cut some body fat I eat as followed..
meal 1: One scoop nitro tech soy milk, 1/2 cup oatmeal
meal 2: One piece of toast tuna, f.f. cheese
meal 3: One piece of toast turkey or egg whites with f.f. cheese
meal 4: Myoplex Mr with soy milk
meal 5: Dinner/ meat and veggies
meal 6: Is usually late night and I don't know what to eat and how late to eat it...tonight at 12pm I had some chicken with f.f. cheese and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese....Is that to late to eat, will I put on fat..What is good to eat anytime late or early...any ideas???????????
 
If that was your late meal and you are on fina then you are good to go man. Just try not to make it a habit of eating a large meal before bedtime. Try just some cottage cheese or a low carb protein shake made up off milk, egg, and whey protein.
 
It's never too late to eat. If you're dieting keep the calories low on this meal, but it's always advantageous to consume protein before sleep. Sleep is a long fast and catabolism does occur while you are sleeping. Consuming protein beofre sleep at least provides amino acids to the muscle for a few hours into your sleep. This is bennificial for not only muscle growth, but more importantly while dieting, muscle preservation.
 
So that's ok to eat a high protein meal before bed even if I am trying to cut some bf...b/c I have heard that you should not eat at least 3 1/2 hours before bed...But obvious that does not go for people who are on cycles or AS...So what do you guys like to eat at night or throughout the day when cutting..Just looking for some new things I eat the same shit everyday
 
before bed i will throw down 10 egg whites, 5 rice cakes and 2 tbsp of peanut butter. i would stay away from all that dairy...cheese and milk. i would throw in some more carbs in there. like a cup of rice and a 8 oz potatoe.
 
Damn!!

God damn JC21, that's a shit load of eating.. i'll have to try that too. Does this go for when your bulking, cutting or it doesn't matter either way it's good?

For dieting purposes I can see dairy being excluded, but while maintaining, or bulking dairy is one of the best sources of casein protein there is. It's slow digestion and steady release of amino acids is perfect before bed as it will provide amino acids to the system for an extended period of time.
 
JC sounds good but you said this is for cutting what you eat but is that too much fat (peanut butter) and too many carbs (rice cakes) before bed...I can see the egg whites but I don't want to get any excess fat I am trying to lose body fat I am on fina, winny and aratest and just started yohimburn I weigh 185, and am 5'6 so any fat I put on you can tell because I am short...So what would you suggest...If you suggest that then I'll try it give me some feed back bro..Thanks man..and all who replied
