If he wanted to sell weed to people he wouldn't say that on a public thread he would do it by P.M.s. so,
even though I don't have to explain myself:
Tony Roma was not talking about smoking some weed
he was talking (falsely or not) about growing and selling weed to his regular customers.
He then proceeded to insinuate to members here that for the right price, they too could have a share of his crop, as a matter of fact, he would grow them a nice crop with their name on it.
In retrospective, a time-out seems lax, he should have been banned for good on the spot, but since I don't know the kid, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking he might take his time out like a man (like Gambino did in multiple opportunities, for example), keep his mouth shut and think about the implications for the site of his little joke.
What Mr. Roma did instead was to create at least 2 alters (haven't followed up since this afternoon).
So, you can talk and talk and talk that everybody does rails of bitches asses and mix their shrooms with whey... I haven't seen a single post in an open board since 05 where people imply "Hey, I can grow/sell you some".
Simple as that, If he enjoys this place, he shouldn't seek to endanger it by means of his stupid actions.
If you need more details, feel free to ask HIM when he comes back next week Friday (that is, if he's not banned for good before that and at the rate he's going chances are good that is exactly what is going to happen)
