2. Leg Presses

3. Leg Extensions

150lbs x 10
180lbs x 10
200lbs x 10

4. Lying Leg Curls

80lbs x 10
100lbs x 10
120lbs x 10

+ Lower Back

Hyperextensions - 2 x 25

+ Ab Training

1. Pulley Crunches - 1 x 40

2. Decline Crunches - 1 x 40

3. Reverse Crunches - 1 x 40

There is a strong possibility that squats may make me puke. . . lol. I need an empty stomach for tonights training session.

Overall, I expect a good pump, nausea, and my gym rags soaked with sweat. . .

I am lookin' forward to it all!!

Reverse crunches do exist.

Schooling is going great!! The reason I am posting all the time is because I am working on quantitative data for my research. . .making some good progress. I am turning it to my faculty advisor on Tuesday.
 
I look at it this way. . .I need all food to be digested. The worst thing is eating then throwing it all up at the gym. That means a loss of nutrition.

I would rather barf water than solids any day. I will cut out all food 2 hours before training.

Workout looks good. 365x10's a very nice "light" workout :)

I agree about eating before a workout. If I have anything in my stomach 2-3 hours before a hard leg session, it's coming back up, LOL. Sometimes, though, a little food along with some fluids is okay...just a bit of food seems to keep my stomach more "stable," as goofy as that sounds.

I wouldn't necessarily say that 365lbs is light lol. I will have to work for every last rep. . . there are nights when 315lbs feels heavy.

I also agree with you about eating before a workout. If you have a full stomach while training, your blood supply may be hindered (to the muscles). Your body is concentrating on digestion rather that getting a good pump.
