Floor Press
SkullCrushers
Power Pushups

Same thing as Bench Press, except you lie on the floor. It'll be first time that I do it tomorrow.
 
do the floor presses first and work heavy on them, do the inclines next and work in the 6-8 range, then try tate presses instead of skull crushers....imo skull crushers are a 1 way ticket to bicep/ elbow tendonitis
 
Ironlion, do you have a video of tate presses? I've not seen them before. Thanks man.
 
The guys are making me do this. Ah its so good to workout with someone stronger than you..... their strength feeds you...
