ANyone else HATE training on Mondays cause the gym is PACKED with all the Bench wannabe's and fat girls who feel like they ate too much over the weekend....? That's why I always pass on Mondays and make it my scheduled off day.....I do go and do cardio (1/2 on the treadmill) before the rush in the am.....anyone do cardio on their off days? I'm thinking of running the trails after work too.....thoughts?
