Today is Off Day - ANyone else?

ANyone else HATE training on Mondays cause the gym is PACKED with all the Bench wannabe's and fat girls who feel like they ate too much over the weekend....? That's why I always pass on Mondays and make it my scheduled off day.....I do go and do cardio (1/2 on the treadmill) before the rush in the am.....anyone do cardio on their off days? I'm thinking of running the trails after work too.....thoughts?
 
Well my routine is KINDA similar to yours in that I work around Mondays...

Monday seems to be international "chest and arms" day in the gyms. If they ain't doing chest, they're doing arms, and vice versa.

That's why I do legs on Mondays....NO ONE is on the squat racks (unless they're doing barbell curls) on Mondays, and no body touches the calf raise chairs or the other equipment for legs on Monday.
 
Shoulders and Chinups for me. No way I could get on a bench on a Monday.

Next week I'm taking the entire week off. I hate it but I'm gonna be out of town stuffing my face with turkey & dressing for the last half of it - so it's not all bad.

Mmmmmm. Dressing.
 
I got lazy after my car drive yesterday (mmmm twisty canyon roads) and geeked out instead of exercised that evening. So i gotta get at least some cardio done. Should do some power movements too.

I like working out on sundays as the gyms mostly empty.
 
Did he call me lazy? Anyday you wanna train bra - lol......

Syn - I hear ya bro - 1 day off is ENOUGH for me....what are you gonna do today then? Some cardio? You bulking up for the winter?
