hey.....thout some of you might miss a good taosted cheese like i have been....i just made 2 of them like this:
whole wheat bread
fat free butter (promise)
fat free sliced cheese
pam on the pan
with 2 slices of cheese per sammich it comes out to be (for 2 of them):
28g protien
4g fat
56g carbs
