To the Sled draggers?

Just curious, what has sled dragging done for you thus far? Have you seen any great improvements in any given area? What kind of sled dragging routine do you do right now?
 
I haven't done them in a few months but what I did notice were a couple of things:
1) better anarobic endurance
2) increase muscles on posterior chain
3) stronger grip and abs
4)VMO hypertrophy and strength gain with better knee stabilization

I was doing 3x100' forward (attached to weight belt) and 3x100'backward (handles used)
 
Very Cool! Since I started sled dragging my legs have actually gotten bigger. Have u noticed any improvement in you quickness or explosivness?
