i train my office manager once or twice a week. . .she's tall (5'10"-ish) and lean. . .almost skinny. . .but she's deceptively strong. . .and she takes the shit very serious. . .we did legs today and she banged out a set of pretty deep squats at 185lbs for 10 reps on her heavy set. . .then i had her do leg extensions and leg curls. . .and then sissy squats with a 35lb plate, ass to the floor, 4 sets of 20. . .she'll be cursing me when she gets/falls out of bed tomorrow
