i train my office manager once or twice a week. . .she's tall (5'10"-ish) and lean. . .almost skinny. . .but she's deceptively strong. . .and she takes the shit very serious. . .we did legs today and she banged out a set of pretty deep squats at 185lbs for 10 reps on her heavy set. . .then i had her do leg extensions and leg curls. . .and then sissy squats with a 35lb plate, ass to the floor, 4 sets of 20. . .she'll be cursing me when she gets/falls out of bed tomorrow :lmao:

nah. . .but it is a nice way to finish off any stubborn muscles that are still hiding out after you get done bombing them with everything else. . .plus it works real nice on the teardrops. . .

she and her husband are in a 35 mile canoe race this saturday. . .i told her "you might wanna get one of those donut thingies for your seat". . .

I'm kind of looking forward to them, though. I'll try some without the weights first. :)
