Thanks man, it felt real goo to squat heavy and see the bar bend;)

I hear ya :)...well I'm not that high on squats yet, but deadlifting I can get some nice bending in the bar :) Big gratification

Keep it up bro...no need to come out of the fast lane now ;)

Deadlifting is fucking key, jsut feeling the bar bend is so motivating, hearing some kid in the background go "WTF, this is not real" is really motivating. Weighed in at 202, use a shoulder width stance as well.

I would like to get 495 for 5 by feb

Crazy weight man. Congrats on your PRs, and yes that weight is fucking unreal. :)

damn bro, thats awesome, I only squatted 5lbs more this week, you've made some awesome progress

So u want to make a post with all your advice on it?

naw cause I attribute most of my gains while doing needsize's routine. One hint; plyos and external stimulus during training

Needsize I know you would do more if you didn't compete.

right now its my lower back that is killing me. i did 2 sets of 6 reps, ass to the floor with 420lbs, and it went up fine, but if I lock out on any of the reps, I start to buckle, so i have to do the reps super slow with no lockout, which is pretty brutal

I used to have a problem where I would buckle but I have been doing walkouts with heavy weight and it seems to help. Shit I don't do mine superslow, granted they feel slow but they move at a really good speed on the way up. I find by taking more time to go down like 2-3 sec my knees seem to feel much better than lighter quicker sets

the pain in my back feels like a pinched nerve or something, I had x rays and ultrasounds last year and they could find anything, but it hurts pretty good when I step out with the weight. I find that if I take the negatives really slow, I can maintain form much better and it hurts less, but doing super slow negatives with that kind of weight aint my idea of fun

have them check the sacroiliac joint, a lot of time if that is slightly restricted the nerves get pinched by walking out with so much weight. super slow with 420, sorry not here. Though now a days when I walk out I slightly bend my knees and the transferance of weight is much easier to bear

LS - Awsome weight man! Congrats.

NS - You've helped me as well....just a quick thanks. Good luck with your back man, I know that's no fun trying to work around it.
