To look as good as Sylvia Tremblay

My goal this summer is to have my bod looking as good as Sylvia's does or as close as possible. She has an awesome body and she is my age so if she can do it so can I. If anyone else has someone they look up to post a pic.

I think there are many guys on this site that would list Arnold - can't speak for the women.
haven't seen Sylvia before, but she is pretty and in great shape, that is for sure

Another cool fact about Sylvia is that she was once 20 lbs overweight...there is a an article about her in this month "Oxygen".

Yeah HS your probably right most guys would list Arnold, however there are a few other BB guys out there that are looking pretty good.
