Patent laws are international and regulated Pharmaceutical Labs like Ttokkyo will observe patent laws. However, its my understanding that the patent expires later this year. Damien will have a better handle on this.

I'm no chemist, so take this for what it's worth, but I've been told that to get primo into concentrations above 100Mg/Ml is a very expensive process, and just making the primo in the first place is fairly costly (even in China), so don't expect to see it any time soon. Supposedly Shering has 1.5-2 years left on the patent, so at that point all kinds of underground labs will be turning it out (along w/ Tokkyo and and our Mex friends), so it should get more plentifull, but not too much cheaper.
