it is a bridge, but its mildly suppreive, meaning u SHOULDNT run it during PCT since ur already shutdown

once PCT is over u use it to bridge between cycles

u shouldnt be worried about muscle loss on PCT, if you eat proper n train maintaince u will be able to keep 80% of ur gains, if you loose alot then ur diet and training need tweeking

I took a zrt saliva test before and after sarms. It was not suppressive At ALL.

It can and should be used in low doses in PCT
